- How do I order oil through this website?
Simply click on our Order Online button and fill in the required information. You will need a valid Debit or Credit card to complete the order.
- How can I pay for my delivery?
We accept payment by Debit or Credit Card. If you are a Budget Plan customer your delivery will be paid for by your monthly direct debit payments.
- How Secure will by Payment Card details be?

- When will my oil be delivered?
Delivery is normally within 1 to 2 working days but during busy times and in poor weather conditions it may take longer. If you require delivery urgently please let us know when placing your order and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
- Will I be contacted before delivery?
If you wish to be contacted please let us know and your local depot will contact you in advance of delivery.
- Do I have to be at home when the oil is delivered?
If we have access to your tank and it is not locked you will not need to be at home when the delivery is made.
