The CVV (Card Verification Value) is a unique three or four digit number printed on your debit/credit card. It is not embossed on the card and hence not printed on receipts - making it difficult for anyone other than the genuine cardholder to know it. American Express cards show the card security code (also referred to as the CID number) printed above the imprinted card number on the front of the card (on either the left or right). This is just one of many ways we further secure your online purchases.
Each delivery has a unique reference number. It can be located on the upper left hand side of our Ticket or Invoice paper and is referred to as an 'Invoice/Delivery Number'. On our Statement the Invoice number can be found in the 'Reference' column.
Your Account Number will be contained in any correspondence you have received. It appears on our delivery ticket on the top left hand side 'Customer A/C.' and on our Invoice and Statement it is on the upper left hand side 'Account No.'
